Information on processing of personal data of The Service Users

In accordance with The Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) we kindly inform you as follows:

####2. Scope of processed data

The Controller processes your personal data in the scope of: first name and last name, e-mail address, cookies and usage data and other data provided by you in the contact form.

####3. Purpose and legal basis of the processing

Your personal data will be processed for marketing of the Controller’s services. The legal basis for personal data processing is your consent – Article 6.1 letter a. of the GDPR.

####4. Right to withdraw the consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

####5. Period of storing the data Your personal data will be processed no longer than for 5 years from submitting the contact form.

####6. Right to access, rectify and to object You have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify, to delete, to limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object to the processing. Requests in this regard should be directed to the Controller.

####7. Transfer to third countries The Controller does not intend to transfer your personal data to third countries or international organizations (outside the EU). Nevertheless, if you are located outside Poland, please note that the Controller processes the data, including your Personal Data, in Poland.

####8. No profiling Neither automated decision-making nor profiling will exist regarding provided personal data.

####9. Voluntary providing of data Providing data to the Controller is voluntary, but failure to do so may significantly impede or make it impossible to contact you and/or pursue the objectives indicated in point 3) above.

####10. Transferring of data Your personal data may be transferred to the following categories of recipients:

  • service providers supplying the Controller with technical and organizational solutions, and managing its organization (in particular ICT/IT service providers),
  • providers of legal, accounting, control and advisory services and supporting the Controller in seeking redress (in particular law firms and financial institutions),
  • other public bodies, institutions or entities authorized by applicable law.

####11. Complaint. You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory body (the President of the Office of Personal Data Protection) for the processing of your personal data.
