Recruitment Agreement

#####Please include the following clause in the recruitment application : I agree to the processing of my personal data contained in the recruitment application by “Beside the Park” – One99 sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw in order to conduct the recruitment process and/or (optionally) future recruitment processes (also for other appointments). #####In the case of submitting your application outside the recruitment process, please include the following clause in your application: I agree to the processing of my personal data contained in the application by “Beside the Park” – One99 sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw in order to consider my application for employment or cooperation under civil law agreement and for future recruitment processes.

#####Applications sent to us without appropriate abovementioned statement shall not be taken into consideration.

####About Us One99 spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw, 145 Puławska St., 02-715 Warsaw, trading as “Beside The Park”, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS No.: 0000291728, e-mail: privacy@besidethepark.com, is the controller of your personal data (hereinafter as the: „Controller”).

####How the Controller process your data? Please be informed that providing your personal data in the scope of: name(s) and surname, date of birth, place of residence (address for correspondence), contact details, education, the course of previous employment in the recruitment application/ application for cooperation under civil law contract is voluntary but essential to participate in recruitment/ to consider the application. Failure to provide the data will result in the inability to participate in recruitment/ to consider the application. Providing other personal data (other information about you that you give or communicate to the Controller by filling in forms or e.g. in interviews or assessments), whether face-to-face, by phone, email, online, or otherwise, is voluntary, and failure to do so does not affect the ability to participate in the recruitment / consider the application. The request for the deletion of your personal data means resignation from further participation in recruitment processes and causes the immediate removal of your application.

You have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

Personal data will be processed until the completion of recruitment process/of consideration your application, but no longer than for 5 years from the data of submitting the recruitment application.

If you consent to the processing of data for the purpose of future recruitment processes your personal data will be processed for a period of 5 years.

Your personal data will be processed on the basis of Art. 221 of the Act of 26th June 1974 - the Polish Labour Code (if in the recruitment process the Controller is offering the employment contract or similar) and Art. 6(1) point a) and c) of The Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

You have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify, to delete, to limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object to the processing. Requests in this regard should be directed to the Controller. The Controller may continue to process your data if having another legitimate reason for doing so.

The Controller does not intend to transfer your personal data to third countries or international organizations (outside the EU). Nevertheless, if you are located outside Poland, please note that we process the data, including your Personal Data, in Poland. Your personal data may be transferred to the following categories of recipients:

  1. service providers supplying the Controller with technical and organizational solutions, and managing its organization (in particular ICT service providers),
  2. providers of legal, accounting, control and advisory services and supporting the Controller in seeking redress (in particular law firms and financial institutions),
  3. other public bodies, institutions or entities authorized by applicable law.

You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory body (the President of the Office of Personal Data Protection) for the processing of your personal data.

Neither automated decision-making nor profiling shall be conducted regarding provided personal data.
